Mission

We understand just how significant and debilitating a serious injury can be. It can have a drastic effect on your quality of life, both physically and mentally. Trajector Legal exists to help our clients access a monetary award that is significant enough to remove the financial barriers caused by the injury.

While we know that no amount of money can undo the damage and injuries caused by faulty products, we are passionate about seeing justice served – and about seeing that our clients get the benefits and compensation they deserve.

Areas of Practice

Veterans Disability

We help those that have served our country get the benefits they medically, legally, and ethically qualify for.  For the last 7 years our managing partner Mr. Trieschmann has been representing U.S. service members on appeal. He currently represents thousands of veterans compensation appeals with the VA. During this time James has been recognized and made the honor roll of the Court of Appeals for work where he offered his pro bono service. We apply best in class medical evidence with zealous and relentless advocacy to expeditiously win our clients their maximum disability benefits.

Common Injury Claims

3M - Combat Earplugs

3M is an American manufacturing company with a global reach. They produce a wide variety of products, including everything from adhesive tape to household consumer electronics. Starting in 2003, 3M supplies combat arms earplugs to the United States Armed Forces (USAF) in an effort to buffer noise and prevent hearing loss from tanks, aircrafts, gunfire, explosions, roadside bombs, various types of heavy equipment, and other sources. Members of the USAF utilized these earplugs between 2003 and 2015.

RoundUp

Roundup is a very well-known weed killer utilized on farms and backyard gardens alike. More specifically, it is a systemic herbicide and desiccant (drying agent) containing a chemical called glyphosate. It was designed to kill a variety of broadleaf weeds and grasses that compete with crops. Fortis Legal is investigating numerous cases in which individuals who have used or otherwise been exposed to Roundup have later been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, or NHL.

Zantac

This is the latest step in an ongoing investigation of a contaminant known as N-Nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) in ranitidine medications (commonly known by the brand name Zantac). NDMA is a probable human carcinogen (a substance that could cause cancer). FDA has determined that the impurity in some ranitidine products increases over time and when stored at higher than room temperatures may result in consumer exposure to unacceptable levels of this impurity.
