Trajector Legal, LLC provides personalized legal services with zealous advocacy for clients that have suffered an injustice and are eligible for representation via a mass tort or for Veterans who deserve the best-in-class defense in their pursuit of earned maximum disability benefits.
With over forty-five years of combined experience, our top-rated attorneys are passionate about fighting to get you the compensation you deserve! Originally founded by a former Judge Advocate in the US Army, the culture of our operations is centered on a deep appreciation and respect for our veterans and nation’s heroes.
Serving our community throughout the country and around the globe
With a combined ten years representing Veterans on the full spectrum of VA claims, our legal team relentlessly pursues the maximum legally available compensation for primary and secondary service-connected disabilities. In addition, our team reviews entire veteran claims files for any past due benefits that were overlooked by the VA and prior advocates. As a member of the Trajector family of companies, we have established relationships with top notch referral options for evidence-based medical consulting, further solidifying our strategy to ensure a comprehensive and well-supported case before the Department of Veterans Affairs. And if necessary, we continue to appeal to the Board of Veteran’s Appeals (BVA) and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC).
Mass tort cases allow individual plaintiffs to join forces with other plaintiffs who have been harmed in a similar way. In these pre-trial proceedings, single courts hear cases in a consolidated manner to address preliminary issues that set the stage for individual litigation. Mass tort litigation eliminates the need for lengthy pretrial proceedings while offering an economical and efficient way to address a person’s individual circumstances and the extent of his or her personal injuries. For people who have been severely harmed and do not want to forfeit the right to be compensated in an amount that recognizes their own pain, suffering, and loss, a mass tort claim is worth exploring with an experienced litigator.
If you served in the United States Armed Forces between the years of 2003 and 2015 and utilized 3M’s faulty combat arms earplugs, you may be eligible for a significant monetary award. 3M is an American manufacturing company based in Minnesota that supplied the United States government with earplugs for servicemembers in the military. These earplugs were supposed to prevent hearing loss and injury caused by excessive noise from gunfire, equipment, roadside bombs, and more.
If you believe your hearing loss is the result of utilizing defective earplugs from 3M between the years of 2003 and 2015, Trajector Legal is here to help you build a strong case against 3M and get the award you deserve.
Roundup is a very well-known weed killer utilized on farms and backyard gardens alike. More specifically, it is a systemic herbicide and desiccant (drying agent) containing a chemical called glyphosate. It was designed to kill a variety of broadleaf weeds and grasses that compete with crops. Fortis Legal is investigating numerous cases in which individuals who have used or otherwise been exposed to Roundup have later been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, or NHL.
Zantac, generic name ranitidine, is an over-the-counter medicine used to treat ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux (GERD), and syndromes that caused the stomach to produce excess acid, and other similar conditions. Unfortunately, after years of supply to customers without warning of the consequences, testing has revealed the presence of dangerous carcinogens in Zantac. Carcinogens are chemicals that can cause cancer in humans.
Following an FDA Recall, Zantac and all ranitidine-containing products were removed from store shelves. The potentially widespread harm that Zantac and ranitidine products allegedly caused to millions of people made this mass tort lawsuit appropriate for a multidistrict litigation.
If you or a loved one has been prescribed Zantac or purchased it over the counter and were later diagnosed with prostate cancer, stomach cancer, or cancer of any of the digestive organs, please contact us now for a free consultation.
The drug Valsartan is used to control high blood pressure and prevent heart failure.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration reports that various manufacturers have voluntarily recalled Valsartan due to an impurity that could lead to cancer, resulting from the presence of NDMA, a known carcinogenic agent.
If you or a loved one has been prescribed Valsartan and were later diagnosed with a Liver Injury, or cancer, including Liver Cancer, Kidney Cancer or Lung Cancer please contact us now for a free consultation.

Mr. Trieschmann is hands down the most intelligent and reliable attorney I have ever had represent me. He fought with me every step throughout my case. Not only did he win my case, I had direct access to him at all times and he always kept me informed. For someone who needs veteran representation, I could not possibly recommend a better attorney than James Trieschmann.
The most exceptional appellate attorney for service-members and veterans. Mr. Trieschmann represented me on appeal. Although no one gave my case a chance at winning, Mr. Trieschmann single handedly defied all the odds and won my case on appeal. I could not have asked for an attorney with more determination, intelligence, and genuine care for service-members.
